Quarter Beef Deposit

$150.00 deposit required for next available quarter beef. Once a deposit is received we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive your beef. We do try to minimize the wait time for our large portion beef orders. You can email us before sending a deposit if you would like to know the expected delivery date of a quarter beef.

1/4 is purchased based on hot carcass weight which is approximately 187 lbs.

187lbs x $6.50= $1215.50 (approximately, exact cost of 1/4 will be determined when processed)

The 1/4 will include the following:

New York Steaks

Rib Eye Steaks

Sirloin Steaks

Tenderloin Steaks

Lean Ground Beef

Assortment of Roasts

Stew Meat

Steaks are cut 1" thick

Roasts are 3.5 lbs - 4 lbs each

Lean Ground Beef and Stew meat are both 1 lb packages

All DRSS beef products come frozen in cryovac unless otherwise specified.

DRSS will contact you once your order is ready to arrange for delivery. We offer free local delivery every Wednesday and will accommodate other delivery arrangements when required.
