Returns Policy

We do our best at Dun Rite Stock and Stables to live up to our high stand of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every package of beef and seal every box with care before shipment. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at info@dunritestockandstables.com. Due to the products being perishable we do not accept returns on beef products.

Shipping Policy

Customers are able to pick up their order from us at our Rentoolio location in Bentley, Alberta to save the cost of shipping. Pickup hours will be Wednesday 11-2, Thursday 11-2, and Friday 11-2.

We also offer local delivery within the following counties and the cities or towns that are within these counties: Lacombe County, Mountainview County, Ponoka County, Red Deer County and Clearwater County., and we can meet at central points for customers outside of this radius.  We deliver every Wednesday, and are willing to make alternative arrangements if needed. 

We currently offer shipping within Alberta to valid physical addresses. We only offer expedited shipping through Purolator. We print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged, and we ship in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held liable for the product after delivery time; you will receive order updates to the email used during checkout and buyer is responsible for properly receiving and refrigerating their package. Please note, we can only ship 40 pounds of meat per order. If your order is over 40 pounds, additional shipping charges will be sent through an additional invoice.

Privacy Policy

Dun Rite Stock and Stables values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions.
