DRSS is a first generation cow calf operation with both commercial and purebred herds.

The farm was established in 2006 and markets our local beef products. We are proud to offer our farm to table beef to nearby families. Our DRSS beef is available for local pickup or local delivery for our customers in Alberta, Canada.

Smokies are 6 per pack 100% beef and are required to be cooked before consuming. Pepperoni, Garlic Sausage Rings, Breakfast Sausages, Beef Jerky and Hamburger Patties will contain sodium nitrite and soy protein isolate. All DRSS beef products come frozen in cryovac unless otherwise specified. DRSS will contact you once your order is received to arrange for delivery. We offer free local delivery every Wednesday and will accommodate other delivery arrangements when required.DRSS beef is raised on grass and finished on a grain and forage-based diet. Order Large Portions of DRSS Beef

Order a Half Beef

$300.00 deposit is required to order a Half Beef.

1/2 is purchased based on hot carcass weight which is approximately 374 lbs. 

374lbs x $6.50= $2431.00 (approximately, exact cost of 1/2 will be determined when processed).

Order a Whole Beef

$300.00 deposit required to order a Whole Beef.

Beef is purchased based on hot carcass weight which is approximately 748 lbs. 

748lbs x $6.50= $4862.00 (approximately, exact cost of beef will be determined when processed).

When can I order?

Quarters, halves and wholes are available for delivery year round. You will be contacted with an approximate delivery date once a deposit is received.

Additional Details

All meat comes in cryovac packaging.

Steaks are cut 1" thick.

Roasts are 3.5 lbs - 4 lbs each.

Lean Ground Beef and Stew meat are both 1 lb packages.

Beef is raised on a verified beef production plus and Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef certified farm.
