$300.00 deposit is required to order a Half Beef.

1/2 is purchased based on hot carcass weight which is approximately 374 lbs. 

374lbs x $6.50= $2431.00 (approximately, exact cost of 1/2 will be determined when processed).

Order a Whole Beef

$300.00 deposit required to order a Whole Beef.

Beef is purchased based on hot carcass weight which is approximately 748 lbs. 

748lbs x $6.50= $4862.00 (approximately, exact cost of beef will be determined when processed).

When can I order?

Quarters, halves and wholes are available for delivery year round. You will be contacted with an approximate delivery date once a deposit is received.

Additional Details

All meat comes in cryovac packaging.

Steaks are cut 1" thick.

Roasts are 3.5 lbs - 4 lbs each.

Lean Ground Beef and Stew meat are both 1 lb packages.

Beef is raised on a verified beef production plus and Canadian Roundtable for Sustainable Beef certified farm.
